When you use our website or purchase services, we collect: name, email address, phone number, country, billing information (processed by Stripe), and information you provide in project documents submitted to us. We also collect standard web analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) via cookies with your consent.
We use your personal data to: deliver the translation services you ordered; communicate with you about your project; send invoices and payment confirmations; comply with legal obligations; and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Processing is based on: contract performance (for service delivery); legitimate interest (for security and fraud prevention); consent (for analytics cookies); and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).
We retain client records and correspondence for 10 years to meet Italian fiscal and legal requirements. Project documents are deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you request longer retention. Analytics data is retained for 24 months.
