These Terms govern the relationship between Web Translation Experts di Esposito Marco ("Agency") and the client ("Client") who places an order.
The Agency provides professional translation and localisation services as described on the website. All services are delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are estimates based on document type and volume and are confirmed at project initiation.
A binding order is placed when payment is completed through the website. The Agency will contact the Client within one business day to confirm scope and delivery details.
All prices are in Euros and exclude Italian IVA (22%). Payment is required in full before translation work begins. Prices quoted are fixed unless the scope of the project changes materially after work begins, in which case any additional cost will be agreed before proceeding.
Translations are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines begin from confirmation of scope, not from payment date. Delivery is subject to the Client providing all source materials promptly.
The Client must: provide accurate source documents; respond to clarification requests within two business days; provide any necessary reference materials or terminology preferences before work begins.
Upon full payment, the translation belongs to the Client. The Agency retains the right to use anonymised project summaries for business development purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Agency treats all documents and project information as strictly confidential. All translators engaged on client projects sign project-specific NDAs. Documents are handled on secure systems.
The Agencyâs liability is limited to the value of the specific project. The Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from translation errors, provided the translation was performed with professional care.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
